Shipping policy

Welcome to Sean Collins Agri. This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website www.seancollinsagri.com.

We are committed to providing a fast and reliable delivery service to all our customers across Ireland.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 7–10 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

If we experience a high volume of orders or an item is out of stock, dispatch may be delayed. In such cases, we will contact you by email or phone to confirm an estimated delivery date or offer a refund.

2. Delivery Partner

We use DPD Ireland for all parcel deliveries.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS from DPD so you can follow your parcel’s progress.

3. Delivery Times & Charges

Republic of Ireland:

  • Standard Delivery: 7–10 working days

  • Delivery Cost: Displayed at checkout (typically €8.00 unless otherwise stated)

Northern Ireland:

  • Delivery: 7– 10 working days

  • Delivery Cost: Displayed at checkout

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g. weather conditions, courier delays, or peak periods).

4. Click & Collect

We currently do not offer Click & Collect unless otherwise arranged directly with us.

5. Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at

We will liaise with DPD to resolve the issue quickly.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from a DPD pickup point, a re-delivery fee may apply.

7. International Shipping

At present, we only ship within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
We do not offer international delivery outside these regions.
