If you need to return your item, please follow the steps below:

How to Return an Item

  • Order details must be included with every return.
  • All returns aim to be processed within 10 to 15 working days from receipt of return package.
  • The item must be in re-saleable condition and returned to us within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • All return items must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached, along with the order information / proof of purchase.
  • We cannot guarantee the return of your item, so we strongly recommend sending returns via a tracked postal service. If any uninsured items are lost or damaged during return shipping, you will be responsible for them.
  • Please note that return postage costs are not covered by Sean Collins Agri. You are responsible for the full cost of returning any items, and this will not be reimbursed.
  • How to Avoid Charges on Returned Items (Returned Goods Relief)
    To avoid VAT and Customs Duty on returned items, you must claim Returned Goods Relief (RGR). The package must be marked correctly to avoid taxes. 
    • Label the Package: The customs declaration form (CN22/CN23) should clearly state: "Returned goods: exemption from import charges claimed".
    • Documentation: You must have proof of the original export (e.g., shipping documents) showing the items were taken out of the EU and are now being returned.
    • Conditions: The items must be returned within three years, be in the same state as they were exported (no processing/repairs unless authorized), and be returned by the same person who exported them.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed within 8–10 days of us receiving and approving your return.

  • Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used when placing your order.

  • Your bank may take additional time to process the refund once issued by us. Please allow up to 7 business days from when the return is received to see the funds reflected in your account.
